Trial Terms
- Trial license term: 15 days from the first execution of the software.
- The trial is provided solely for evaluation and internal testing. Redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial use is prohibited.
- The software may only be executed on the Windows PC or laptop on which the trial license has been validated.
- An active internet connection is required for license validation and periodic communication with the license server.
- A compatible NVIDIA GPU (GeForce GTX 1070 or newer) with at least 8 GB of VRAM and CUDA support is required. CUDA-enabled NVIDIA drivers must be installed prior to use. Systems with standard gaming drivers typically meet these requirements.
- On first execution, the software performs a local hardware compatibility check in addition to license validation to determine whether the system meets the requirements for running neuroGlia5D.
- Hardware information collected during this check is visible only to the user and is not transmitted, stored, or shared externally.
- If the system does not meet the minimum hardware requirements, the software will not prompt the user to proceed with license validation or enter additional information.
- No patient data or protected health information (PHI) may be processed without a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
- The software is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Cell5D reserves the right to modify or terminate trial access at any time.

When you request a trial or pricing inquiry, we collect only the information you provide: name, email, organization, role, and optional notes. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
